Stroll along the Hudson, have a barbecue, look at the river and LISTEN to Español!!  Many dominicans in our city enjoy this stretch of river because it reminds them of a similar waterfront avenue in Santo Domingo, back in the Dominican Republic called El Malecón.  (access to park via West Side Highway at 158th Street exit).
